This spacious ground floor apartment is based in Central Thurso.

Finished to a high standard, giving spacious family living with everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether it is for a work trip or a holiday.

The property has all electric heating in the form of storage heaters for the entrance hall, lounge and kitchen and electric heating in the two bedrooms.  All the energy that is used in the property is supplied by 100% renewable energy which makes this property extremely eco friendly.  All the toiletries supplied, Bright Earth shampoo and body wash, hand and body lotion, hair conditioner and hand wash are all British made with vegan, cruelty-free and biodegradable ingredients.

The whole property is serviced weekly, the property is well maintained, allowing your team a far more comfortable, content and spacious experience in comparison to your standard hotel. They can cook their own meals in the well equipped kitchen but if they prefer, the property is so well located that all amenities are within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Free street parking is most of the time available right in front of the property which makes it easy should they need to move anything from their vans.

I always advise you to take out travel insurance to cover any trip you have planned in case your circumstances change. As a general rule, if there is a legal restriction preventing you from being able to go on holiday, one of your options will include a full refund. Any requests to move the booking dates will be considered based on the date and the circumstances. There will be NO FEE for this.

Yes, I have minimum stay requirements of two days.
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, a full refund will be given. Cancellation within the 30 days. The full value of the booking will be charged as a cancellation fee.
I do allow pets within the property, but please dogs are not allowed on the beds, if you bring more than one pet, please notify me beforehand.
You can contact me directly on my phone which will be available to you in the property.
If you have guests joining you for only part of the stay, please inform me beforehand to make sure I provide extra towels. I will require the guests full name and address as a legal requirement in Scotland. PLEASE NOTE: The Scottish Licensing scheme allows a MAXIMUM of four (4) guests at this property.

As the property has a self check in lock box, arrival is any time after 2pm and checkout is at 10am

I will send you the key code if possible one day before arrival, if that is not possible you will receive the key code on the morning of your arrival. Once checked in please just contact me and let me know.

Yes I charge a security deposit of £50 which is paid upfront and refunded after checkout if no damage occurred.
